talley lightweight scope rings (missing one screw)

scope can be purchased for extra cost. It is a vortex razor HD LH 1.5-8x32 in mint condition with g4 reticle

Any idea what the bare rifle weighs?

Not sure. I'm sure if you look up Tikka t3 weights you can find it.

Is this priced too high?

I think its a fair price for the gun with the upgrades you have. If I was looking for a 7mm mag I would consider buying it. Brake is already installed, trigger has been addressed, mountain tactical performance bolt shroud and stainless recoil lug. These are nice extra's that add up. My 1st question would be, how does it shoot? Post a pic of a nice 3 shot group at 100 yds. If it shoots tight groups it will sell. I have the same gun in 6.5 creedmoor and it shoots sub .5 moa with factory ammo.
