Pelosi said that the House will hold a vote whether or not to send the Articles over to the Senate.
Why would she do this? Didn't the House already vote to Impeach and authorize her to "send them over"?
Why another unnecessary vote?
It is possible that House Democrats will vote "No" based on "New Evidence" and that they need more time to investigate, subject to a recall vote at a later date?
