Had anyone else ever noticed that ANY and EVERY time you have on a long-sleeved shirt when doing something in the kitchen where the sleeves can become an issue they will do so? You push them up so they are securely out of the way, but the f&#$%ers will ALWAYS slide back down at the most inopportune time. It wouldn't matter if you stapled them to your upper arms, they would still slide down. I think that you could cut them off at the shoulder, burn them in the back yard, and they would still materialize and slide down. End of rant. Feel free at this point to piously lecture me on not getting so worked up over something so inconsequential.

Having spent much of the 80s and some of the early 90s in shirts with cut off sleeves I've never had the sleeves rematerialize.

I work with rotating machines, was taught the perils of long sleeves long ago.
Almost never wear them in a shirt.
Even prefer vests when possible.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

I hear that in the spring rants are really good if you saute them in butter.
Pet peeve, I'm lobbying for the return of old fashioned arm garters, screw the foo-foo look.

I sense anger and frustration; you must be suffering from THE ADDICTION. Sorry, still chuckling over that train wreck of a thread from 'flave.
