Any of you guys buy and/or use Hank Shaw's game cooking books and recipes? Well worth investigating Hunt, Gather, Cook and the Hank Shaw books and YouTube stuff.

I am on the Hunter, Angler, Gardener, Cook Facebook page. Some great recipes, just made Cumberland sauce from his version and used it on venison Roulades, turned out great. Some of his recipes are labor intensive but usually worth the results. He even found a place for Gar Fish Chicharone in South Tx. which I had been looking for ever since I tried it. He is very thorough with the history of a recipe which I like.

Own two of his cookbooks, made many things from them and all have been great.
