They are two-piece steel bases from Burris that work with Weaver and Picatinny mounts. Here's the Burris website for the bases. I have two sets of Tikka bases and one set of Remington 700 bases. They are new - they were mounted to my rifles to see how they fit. $20 each including shipping.
