Another date set for 9/20 for a mental evaluation. I don’t care if they set a trial date. They can keep putting it off one month at a time for 40 years and that will be just fine.

10/25 next court date for mental compancy. So much for a speedy trial. That Da is really sticking it to him. If he took a plea deal he would be out of jail by now.

Anybody know what plea deal he was offered? I went back in this thread, and it appears he's been in jail since Nov 2021. Based on the latest news, he will have been in jail almost two years when he has his next hearing. I can't imagine the plea deal was for more time than that, but the offered deal probably had a heavy restitution component. Looks like the assistant DA in charge of the case and the judge know what they're dealing with.

He'd screw people out of money, scamming them on his website, and then sue them if they withheld funds, or said something bad about the screwing they got from him. he abused the court system for years. Chickens came home to roost.  BTW, in his shenanigans to try and fake being insane and beat the court system dealing with his criminal activity, he waived his right to a speedy trial. Many of the continued court dates and crap that delay court judgement are of his own doing.
