All I know is, 2 of our guys just got killed in Afghanistan, 3 of our volunteers to Australia got killed trying to put out those fires, countless cops have been shot, attacked, dumped on or killed in the line of duty, all in the last couple weeks, and not a word of remorse or consoling of the families left behind from the mainstream media.
But, let some liberal snowflake sjw professional sport hero die and we'll hear about it for months. It’s not a competition for who gets the most words of remorse. Real simple. Sure it is. But, you're right about one thing. It is simple

I used to work for an old fireman.
He started out as a Forest Service fireman.
Later was a BLM fireman. Retired as a regional boss.
Was over the hill at the Iron 44 fire. Had been on lots of fatalities.....had recovered lots of bodies.
He was my mentor.
Gary said to never go to California to fight fire and never....ever get on a helicopter.

Some need to go back to kindergarten and learn basic manners. I doubt anyone here knew the guy personally. Therefore no one here knows what he may or may not have done. A man and his daughter lost their life and this is the best y’all can do? Notice I said a man. Not a ball player, not a celebrity. A man, a husband, a father. He will be missed by many I’m sure. And FWIW, I’ve never watched a single ball game a day in my life.
