Those small parcels have been a sore spot for resident hunters for a long time. Unfortunately, the E-Plus program like many programs with good intentions morphed into a bad situation.
With the new structure they did eliminate ~700 properties last year from the program which is a good start.
With the new commission I suspect there will be more changes to come.
