He is absolutely obliterating the Democrat's case.

This is a sure and certain sign of the apocalypse - classic NE liberal Alan Dershowitz of Harvard fame who is a Kennedyesque liberal is stomping the Democrats into the dirt with their spurious impeachment.

I never thought I'd see the day when Dershowitz is considered a moderate voice of reason instead of a liberal crusader. Show how far Left and whacked out the Dems have slid.

Unbelievable.

Dershowitz was an amazing professor. He used socratic method and would ask you to defend your position by calling your number. He would prepare four different counter arguments to regular responses that were given. I would always give him a real weird Alaskan style answer and he would just laugh and agree with me. He hated rich entitled snobs of either liberal or conservative stripe. But if you were part hoodlum or were tough, he liked that.

I watched all of his testimony.His evisceration of the Demonrat's feeble attempt at claiming that abuse of power and obstruction of Congress were even impeachable offenses,was brilliant.

He constantly turned to address Schiff-for-brains directly.It was his way of politely and respectfully shoving it up Schiff's ass.LOL

The liberals pissed Alan Dershowitz off. They tried to freeze him out of Martha's Vineyard.

Loved it, but I have to consider if he is possibly seeking Trumps favor for his trips to Epstein Island.

The left fears Trumps brand of justice greater than they fear God Almighty.

Nadless and Schifty and Piglosi and Hillary and probably Zero, OTOH, are in fear for their lives.

His undermining and then dismantling of the Dem impeachment basis was scholarly, erudite and powerful. One has to appreciate that.

Then again, given the attitudes and beliefs of the perpetrators, it will not affect their thinking or behavior. Brute political force is the only thing they will understand.

Oh please. There will be no prosecutions for Epstein Island. Even if their were, Esptein and his Island are utterly irrelevant to the merits of Dershowitz's argument.

Great presentation by Dershowitz. In comparison to the House managers presentations, it was sort of like kindergartners vs Albert Einstein. There was some real depth in what he said.

Just watched all hour and 7 minutes, he masterfully and effectively laid out what I believe is the true standard for impeachment and by backing his belief in that standard with the historical evidence that went into the thinking behind the standard our founders set forth destroyed this shoddy and partisan witch hunt. Woe be unto any Senator that votes to convict this President for something not enumerated anywhere as a crime.

I especially loved how he used Maxine Waters statement as the very example of all that is wrong with the House Impeachment. She is a cancer on the Congress and needs to be removed. Nancy Pelosi is a disgraced and ineffectual leader and should be removed as well. Schiff is just carrying the water for those he is trying to keep out of prison (Obama, His Cabinet and advisors) and as a mouthpiece for the likes of Soros and Bloomberg.

Well done Professor Dershowitz. I don't agree with your politics, but respect your understanding and research.

Dershowitz is a Classic Liberal who simply doesn't realize there are literally no Classic Liberals left in the Democrat Party. Nearly all the top Dems are simply, communists.

Saw on an interview on Fox the other night with Dershowitz...

the interview finished with asking him does he still consider himself a democrat or a Republican...

well since you don't agree with most of the democrat's line these day....why don't you leave the democrat party...

Dershowitz also killed and effectiveness of Bolton or any other witness (whistleblower included) by saying quid pro quo is a classic, universal and constitutional tool of the Exedtucitive Branch.
