I guess if you are being served with legal court papers and you refuse to accept them, does that mean that you're innocent of the charges and can't be sued? WTH is going on with our legal system?

WTF?
By the way that is the major "difference" between "local law enforcement" (police officers) and deputy sheriffs - sheriffs can and do serve all manner of court writs like restraining orders, eviction notices, court subpoeana's and etc!
Police officers can and do serve/enforce search warrants and arrest warrants but do not "serve" the aforementioned civil writs/court orders, ordered up by courts.
Again I am puzzled at this so called "refusal" if true?
Anyone have an explanation?
"the hildabeast" should have been in jail long ago and still should be in there serving time and enjoying the other bull daggers there in.
