Now we’re getting somewhere!

How can that be? Pelosi said no one was above the law. Of course she didn't mean Democraps, but she said it like she was serious, then held the napkin up to her mouth while she laughed.

In Alberta, if I am serving legal documents and I am unable to serve them because the accused is evading service, I would serve them to their lawyer of record. Failing that, I document the various attempts to serve the papers. Once demonstrating all the efforts to serve the accused, I can go to the courts and appeal for the judge to issue a bench warrant in the public's interest. Any enforcement officer who comes across the accused may arrest/detain the accused to effect service.


I love it when these clowns try to vacation in the US and they are refused entry to the US at the airport. The US BP turns them over to the airport police. Vacation ruined, flights missed, hopefully no trip insurance. It can take hours or days for a copy of the papers to be obtained for service.

Basically the same in the US. She has now reportedly been served. How quickly before this settles does anyone bet?

I hope tulsi takes her to the cleaners for every last penny and she has to live in a tent on some drug infested street corner. maybe then she will take the 38spl and walk out on a mountain top and do the world a favor.
