The mere existence of such a thing as Red Flag Laws in the US converts every such encounter into a terrifying experience for any gun owner. One arbitrary word from one of them to a judge gets your home raided in the dead of night, your dogs shot, and your guns stolen ... an encounter that could very easily become deadly.

It's routine during police raids. Any dog that's not in a crate is shot.

Or at least get the ball rolling in that direction. Given the fact that he was so pissed off, he probably should have dialed up his lawyer before talking to them about anything but the weather. Cops are trained to get people to self incriminate.....the less you say to them the better.

The only other option would have been to give them the yes sir no sir bullshit that sometimes gets you out of a traffic ticket. His ranting at them was epic but not smart.

And Red Flag Laws are the ideal solution in light of their disarming objective because it's done one gun owner at a time, while leaving the general gun owning community with the impression that no one is coming for their guns. They're only coming, the average gun owner will assume, for the guns of people who are at high risk of becoming mass murderers. So the general gun community will not unite in your defense, having been labeled by the press as a mass murderer in the making. Who, after all, can be against of stopping future mass murderers?

Brilliant strategy, really. You have to hand it to them. These folks are treacherous in the extreme.

The left, democrats, liberals, communist, socialist, islamites, and globalist want power/control of the American people. They hate Americans, the Constitution, and the USA. They are all enemies and traitors of America. They are enemies of the American people. They are using immigration and illegals to change the demographics of our once great nation. Globalists are turning it into a 2nd rate country they can control the people. Christians which can think and have guns cannot be controlled by government.

And what happens when you go to the door and say, "Wait a minute while I put my dogs away," and close the door. That door is being forced in right then and there. Dogs see a bunch of men tackling you are then going to be shot due to their normal and natural response.
