Everywhere I've looked, this particular model has been much, much more expensive. Isn't the "DL" model considered to be one of the best kept secrets as far as glass quality/value in the Zeiss line over the years? I thought it was a heck of a deal and just wanted to ask the forum about this - thx

I say no deal, the new Zeiss V4 3-12x44 were recently selling for $250 less than that...

euro optics cleared them out at $639. Great scope I have the same one I paid $500 used for. It is a way better scope in my opinion than the V4. Its not a great deal but great scope at a decent price.
