I'm looking for some game shears, to be use primarily for splitting the backbones of various game birds. What are you using that you like?

Gerber branded fiskars work very well. I’ve used mine for 10 years or so. I’m assuming they still make them

Are you part of the problem or part of the solution?

Bandage shears like EMTs carry. Inexpensive and last for years. I file a shallow slot with a round file near the hinge to serve as a bone breaker.

Yeah, tough suckers, I couldn't find my tin snips and used a pair to cut aluminum downspout to length. Have also used them to cut chicken wire. No damage to scissors, but really should stop misplacing the tin snips.
