This is a perfect example of fighting when someone else is footing the bill. They are real tough when they don't have any skin in the game. All of the dimo operators are from safe districts. The courts need to find a new way to inflict pain into the process.

How come I'm not surprised...... They will never stop. They just find a new excuse and continue on as usual. If Trump had received a parking ticket 20 years ago they'd impeach him for that..... If they could, and if they can't they'll at least try to smear him as much as possible; especially because it's an election year. I am now convinced that Trump Derangement Syndrome is real and more prevalent than I had imagined.

If they are smart, nothing will actually happen until the election. D's have launched the volley, lost and made noise about keeping it going. Now it's time for the only group that matters to them: the election. If D's loose seats they might take the hint. If they hold steady/gain seats and Trump wins, he will be impeached again.
Look for a HARD push by D's to put out the message to voters that they tried, now it's in the power of the election to fix this "travesty" and remove Trump.
time will tell how this plays out, but rest assured, they care about two things:
- keeping their seats
- removing trump
