Old Wilbur is in a nursing home, and his 90th birthday is coming up.
His nursing home buddies pool up their money, and decide to get Wilbur a "lady of the evening" to help him celebrate his big day.
On Wilbur's birthday, a cute young woman shows up in his room wearing nothing but a trench coat and party hat. Once inside Wlibur's room she drops her trench coat, revealing a fantastic nude body. The woman shouts, "Happy birthday Wilbur! I'm here to give you SUPER SEX!"
