Samuel Smith Imperial Stout, big damn bottle, must have been near a quart, went perfect with the last half of a homemade pizza Wife made last weekend, cover that sob with crushed red pepper, fold it over and make it disappear.  that beer was really, really nice, lays good in the back.

We are just back from just shy of a week on the central coast of California with old friends. We had a great time with great weather. Weather here in the Hill Country is cool and wet. I am sipping a Bulleit Rye Old Fashioned watching the Cooking channel.

A cup and a half of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, 2 bananas, about 12oz of yogurt 8oz of orange juice and MCT oil blended into a smoothie. I have at least one of those every day, sometimes adding protein powder. 👍

My typical night is 3-4 beers after work with an old fashion to end it. Switch on the old fashion between whiskey and mescal. Tonight is whiskey, Maker’s Mark.
