Navy bean soup, I cooked it up with a smoked pork hock and kielbasa, onion, carrots, spices, hot sauce, smoked paprika.

Served it with grilled cheese sandwiches on thick fresh baked bread, couple kinds of cheese, and layer of mustard inside of the bread on both pieces.

We had a remote pizza contest last night with our friends on the east coast. Team AZ made adobada sauce pizza topped with Italian suasage (elk and pork), Spanish chorizo, bell peppers, mushrooms, homemade bacon, mozzarella and cilantro

Never mind the shake weight prop lol, the photos were staged specifically for some Italian naysayers. They will deny it of course but we are convinced team AZ won this competition

I made french onion soup, with the floating island of four cheeses on toasted baguette, served it with a spinach, bacon, Parmesan Caesar.

Dessert was banana split pie....

Paul, not food, have you heard about a loader going through the ice on Dinorwic, near Graveyard Island?

Yes, I did Richard.

Apparently he was working on the road, near the sandbar.

He got out safely, after some panic, loader rests with da fishes in 30' !

Ain't really sure what I had but it was good. I usually cook but tonight the wife cooked some kind of braised yard bird in a sauce over rice.
