I'm sure Doug can quickly send you to exactly the right department.
FWIW, a well-connected member here invited me to tag along on a tour of the factory in Austria, and the repair/refurbish room was probably the coolest part of the entire event.
No doubt, when you get 'em back, you'll be very well-pleased.

Friend has a 2000's 8x42 needs service .Any contact info for a repair service. Contact Swaro customer service. My ELs are 21 years old. I sent them in 10 years ago for inspection and cleaning, nothing wrong with them. Replaced eyecups, cleaned them - no charge. I sent them in last year because I thought they were slightly out of collimation. They refurbished them completely, inside and out. No charge for that service. Total bill around $200, for an upgrade package they offer, IIRC. My ELs are like brand new again. Great communication before and after service. If I were in the market for a great binocular, I’d choose Swaro ELs. Just my experience.

I sent a pair of 8X30 SLC that I bought in 1990 in several years ago for cleaning. I received what was almost a new pair. New rubber armor, new twist up eyepieces in place of the old role downs, the prisms were replaced and as well as other small internals. I was charged only for the new lens caps which were around $20 as I remember. Stunning service from a great company

They do not honor a 2nd party owners. I was told they had a minimum of $700 to refurbish and older scope. I hope this isn't true for the original owner.

They won’t service an item that’s not registered to you though. When buying a used Swarovski items you need to have the original owner either call in and remove his info from the serial number or you need his full info and call Swarovski and get it switched to your name.

That has not been my experience; sent back a scope and a pair of binoculars bought second hand. No questions asked; fixed quickly for no charge. Even gave me a free new case for the binos.

I just sent in my 10-32 ELs. I bought them as a demo model years ago, not new. Can’t remember if I registered them. I called their 800 number, gave the SN and they walked me through the process of returning them for repairs. Sent them in on a Friday. That next Wednesday they called with what needed to be done and costs. Highly efficient company.

I sent them an old steel tube scope that I bought second hand. It needed a cleaning. No charge and I’m pretty sure I submitted the work order online. Quickly received their repair # (they call it something else) and attached it to shipment.
