How can I put this? Do you think you are making a better world by what you have done?

Personally, I think most people make about as much difference as poking your finger into a bucket of water and pulling it out.

I haven’t done much, I pretty selfish if truth was known. Made three kids that are good people, that’s about it. I haven’t taken a penny of government assistance. I’m very proud of that!!!

Well, I’m sure I don’t measure up to what is expected. I do try to volunteer quite a bit.

Coach baseball
Coach soccer
On four church committees
Try do do as many missions as possible
I’ll do more once my kids are grown and on their own. LOTS of mission work in my future. We must serve!!!

I have lived 72 1/2 crime free years of life, have paid all my taxes, raised four wonderful VarmintChildren and two VarmintGrandChildren, stayed married and faithful to a wonderful VarmintWife for going on 50 years now, saved the lives of more than 27 (twenty seven) human beings during a 29 year career as a law enforcement type (lost track at 27 - I am guessing 30+ for sure!), been active in an honorable political organization for over half a century, and above all I have a clean/clear conscience.
I do though take some glee though in having outlived many outlaws and criminals I dealt with during my police career (including ted bundy!) maybe that will diminish my standing in the world - if so, then, IDGAF!

Yes, if for no other reason than I brought my son into it.

I hope so. Believe so, but that's up to others to judge, perhaps.

I served my country. I wrote two books about Vietnam that have helped quite a few veterans in their struggle with that war (so I'm told.)

I've saved hundreds of lives (again, so I've been told) both in the war and as a 21-gallon blood donor.

Raised two daughters, who have given the world two more lives. How they measure up and provide future betterment remains to be seen.

Human society? Meh, remains to be seen.

World? Doubt if it gives two frog snaxs, to borrow phrase.

I try every day but "the world" sure does seen to resist my efforts most times.
