Will a Lyman 66A receiver-mounted peep sight (designed for the Winchester 94) work on a Winchester 92 or 65 (which is identical to the 92)?

I believe it will. I put a Lyman receiver sight on a '92 many years ago. I don't remember the number, but it was identical to the 66 pictured in the current Lyman catalog. It was a sixty-something I do remember. I would bet that it was a 66A.

Yes it will work but since neither the 92 or 65 were factory drilled, you will have to verify the holes are properly located and spaced
