It was so nice on Sunday afternoon, decided to pull a t-bone out of the freeze...with carmelized onions...

I like a little garlic salt and pepper on mine, but will not complain one bit if it's seasoned with something else.

not much to it, a recipe i've seen many times on the internet...br the beef in butter, EVOO, add onion, gr pepper, s + p, til the veggies are done, drain excess fat then add pureed tomato, ketchup, vinegar, br sugar, spices: pinch of cinnamon, ground clove, garlic powder, cumin simmer 45 min, add some water if it get's too dry, it will

some of these ingredients aren't in the recipe, some i would also add: celery, chile powder

all in a #12 CI skillet made in the USA
