Duane just sent me this picture of the stock for my 416 Project. He has completed the stockwork and is now getting the sights regulated. Bluing should be done shortly thereafter.

We had a minor setback with the barrel, but Duane came through in fine fashion getting it all ironed out (it was no fault of Duane's).

Hopefully she will be barking by the end of June!

The Bahamas.......... grin

Got married on the 19th, so the week before and the time since was pretty hectic (though laying on the beach next to a beautiful woman, with cocktail in hand helped some smile )

Cas, she's coming along in fine fashion. I'm telling ya when you get that stock in your hands you knees will be weak.
I had her to my shoulder and sweet is not a good enough discription.
Glad the barrel work got sorted out.

I hope the new wife is not a hunter as you may have to build another after she see's this one..........

Congrats on the new wife and a fine weapon.

You had better watch, I don't think Rick allows porn on here grin. Talk about having a "woody". Looks great.

CAS, are you building one of those in a 270? If so, have a few drinks the next time you're at an airport and call me! And don't be putting your initials on it! grin

That is going to be one sweet rig!

I hope you do get the .300 & .375 set up as well. Quite a battery that... smile

Do you have a hunt planned for the Rigby?

Dave
