Nailed it! Before I even saw your post it reminded me of a pack of [bleep]. One attacks, then they all do. Only one of them knows why. I really try not to be racist but... Who knows, maybe that kid raped a girl and it was legit street justice. Probably was over $11 or something crazy though... Video said they jumped a girl for her shoes.

Under Guliani /Bloomberg they were arresting the thugs that jumped the turnstiles on the subways, with the logic being that those folks would be the people robbing people on the train
50% of the people they arrested for jumping the turnstiles had a warrant or other past criminal offense that led to their being held for a stronger crime.
De Blasio ended that - and crime has increased
