I don't know who " Steve " is but surely he knows who made the dastardly call as even us people here in Montana have 'caller I.D.' Ask him to post the perps' phone no. and name. Then everybody can quit wondering and go hunt this bad guy up.

Would be better than casting a broad statement that colors everyone in a bad light.....IMO.

It's only the TYPES that called Steve that that would believe the statement covered everyone, so I'd not worry about the broad strokes.

Nor would I worry about WHO it is. I've had enuff nasty PM's from CCF posters but I ain't brought them to public eye.

I'd also say [bleep] appearence and concentrate on substance...

Yeah, well a person can look at things from a lot of different ways. Depends on perspective, I guess. The way I see it is something like this surprised a lot of guys and I gotta believe for all those who said "not me", it wasn't them. That don't leave many others. Whoever it was, Steve would have had to give them his number at one time, because it's not in his profile. I guess only he really knows and maybe that's the way it should stay. No sense taking it any further.

I'm not worried about who it is. I just feel Steve should of told him to stick it and ignore the caller or pull the story and leave CATCF out of it. If your gonna take the high road....stick on it.

So as of now, all of us on this forum are suspect. I still think Steve should ID the perp so everybody does not think they might know who it is.

Gotta disagree. Christian character is not sheilding a guilty person. If he would ID the guy, no one else would be suspect.

I don't suspect anybody now. I guess somebody called him but that does not mean we have to suspect everybody for doing it. Many guys have said it wasn't them and that's good enough for me. I never asked who didn't do it anyway, as I figured most everybody didn't do it.

Okay who is Steve (other then me) what is his campfire name and what was the post about? I've read that somebody called him and it sounds like chastised him over the post, and the person is a regular here at Christ at the campfire! That's sad, very sad! I hope the Lord urges the guilty party to apologize for his lack of kindness and hurtful attitude.
