I'm selling a Bell & Carlson stock in excellent condtition for a Browning A-Bolt. Gray with black webbing. Currently installed on my A-Bolt II in 300WSM but should fit similar. I can take specific pics if needed.

$220 shipped. I'm easy on payment: Paypal ($220 net to me), cashier's check, USPS money order, cash in an envelope, personal check from established members.

Pics with the action removed. The stock washer is included. Bedding was done when I bought the stock used here on the 'Fire and fit my action perfectly.

Any idea the weight of the stock? I've been looking at these for my A-bolt I 284 Winchester.

I really like the look of the stock though.

Very reasonable for what you get, IMO.

So exactly how similar is a A-Bolt II WSM action to an A-Bolt I Short Action like my 284? I've been kind of scratching my head looking at the Bell & Carlson website for some months .

You can go to Boyd's site and select your A-Bolt from the drop downs. When your stock comes up, there are notes at the bottom of the page on what A-Bolts the stock will fit. You should be able tell if the short actions are the same.

I found a little more info on the B&C site. It states: 'Drop-in fit for current model short action/WSM with standard contour barrel'. I don't have a non-WSM Browning to test fit but I'm happy to take measurements for you.
