They were the cornerstone of food and stock production and encompass the majority of the land ‘expropriated’ by the prior government. It’ll take more than this to assure the former white owners to return to their lands and make them productive again. I am with you on this; I would worried if the farmers came back and got every thing going; some other trick would be put in place.
