Lunch at work is leftover smoked wild boar loin with black beans and rice with andouille sausage.

Man.....them chops were good last night Paul.




Cooked em just barely medium. Most chops I have been served were well done...and of poor quality.


Never liked chops before.

My wife and daughter are going to the beach for a couple of days and I wrote that restaurant name down so i wouldn't forget to tell them.

Marinated some salmon last evening and grilled it.


Grilled a rib steak too.


Green beans and microwave baked potato.




Everything was good except the steak. Cooked perfectly but I didnt like the garlic in the seasoning.


Always just use salt or salt and pepper. Garlic on a high quality rib steak was a disaster.

Homemade baked chicken thigh nuggets with homemade honey mustard and brussels.

Pork stir fry;

Lasagna rolls stuffed with spinach cheesy stuff, homemade mater sauce and sharp cheddar since we out of fresh mozz and the basil plants froze!

Spending a few weeks with my sister and brother in law who are living in New Zealand. We’re eating pretty well:

We went on a charter and got a skipjack, grilled it and also made poke;




Smoked kahawai collars, bellies and roe:


And smoked clams (mostly tuatuas):

Waffles and breakfast Sausage.
Pretty poor punkin compared to the above.

We had chicken on the BGE, fresh creamed corn, and green bean casserole.
