I have two like-new Filson Mackinaw Pants, one in forest green; the other in grey as shown. These are the original 24 oz wool pants without cargo pockets like the new ones shown on their website. Size is 38” waist with a 30” inseam, though there is a good 4” cuff material available for lengthening if need be. 1 1/2” belt loops. Flawless.

Have hardly worn these - 1 or 2 times max, and just casually. Like new and cleaned..

The new ones by the Filson website are $325. Will sell and ship at $275 each or $525 for both.

These are very warm winter garments, exuding quality, and will outlast your days in the field.

Do you know if 38 is a good measurement? Meaning due they run large or small?

Hard to answer specifically but have found all the Filson stuff I have had to have fit as expected. Certainly, they could be taken in if need be. I don’t know if they can be let out more.

I guess I could have said they are “true” to size in my experience and relative to the sizes I take in other clothes.
