5 miles + 1000' of gain + 6-8" of uneven/loosely packed snow = good workout for Tiny E and I

Shoveled snow for a few hours today. Normally not a big deal but this was slushy and heavy as concrete. We got about 10" of the stuff.
I was thankful for the exercise with all the gyms being closed.

Shop day, then walked 6.5 miles, altered our normal flat route so this had one really nice climb to it. Gorgeous day. A surreal vibe given what's going on.

3x morning bike rides this week. Bumped up the intensity since the Y is closed.
5x stretching and (40) pushups each morning. Last few got a little wormy but locked them out.
