Bought a safe there 30yrs ago.Shot archery when Harry was there.Knew Jose when World of Gun's was across the street on Gazza. But Edelmann's was best on Sherwood.Your boss Andy is a member of my club. I was a regular at Edelmannn's, but preferred the folks at American Outdoor Sports. I was one of the three Doug's that worked there circa 1999ish. Best looking of the three, naturally. Where? American Outdoor Sports? Yup

Its a hoax. Fake news. Those folks are hired by the gun lobby to increase sales. So what evidence do you have to prove you claims? Seeing how everyone of your progressive fascist candidates plans on taking out guns, destroying our economy to fight Global Warming and massive tax increases in is just commonsense to prepare to deal with the likely consequences if one of them lies their way into power. Bernie plans to spend 70% of our current GDP which will destroy the economy all by its self. The end result would be government spending 100+% of GDP.

Sqweeler, I too miss Leslie Elelmans, that place was great.
Andy’s a good guy, he belongs to F6 and the Peconic Sportman clubs, I believe.
A testament to his good business practices is that we HAVEN’T raised the price on one box of ammo, or firearm, since this Corona virus craziness started. I had two separate customers tell me they paid $550 for a Mossberg Maverick 88 (we sell it for $290+\-), and the second said he paid $1500 for a Kel-Tec KSG, we sell for around $900. While Andy’s always on the phone/web, getting more inventory, our normally MASSIVE selection is less than normal, but still better than most other shops. I’ve heard through the rumor mill that other shops are running out of guns/ammo. We are not. -TomT

My financial advisor has a colleague who has a client in the ammo business. Not sure if it's a manufacturer or distributor. Anyway, the client sold 1,500,000 rounds of 9mm and is totally out.
With 20% unemployment looming this hysteria might be a wise precaution. As for me, I have had everything I need for self protection for the last 40 years or so.
Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.

Gonna be funny when all the first time gun buyers find out how easy it is to buy a gun in New York. Got THAT right!

My buds gun shop was cleaned out last saturday in just a few hours. All but one ar was sold and all handguns and ammo as well. Academy had people standing in line to buy guns and ammo. Sportsmans Warehouse was the same. My bud tried to restock on Monday and could not find much at his distributors. None of them had any 9mm or .223/556 ammo.

Ha ha Don, you made my morning! No, we have a few on the rack. Hunters, not Queens, but most of these people wouldn’t know what a Savage 99 is :-)
I hope you & the Mrs. are well! -TomT

The Albuquerque Journal had a major piece this morning about a run on gun stores in Santa Fe, of all places--the hotbed of progressive liberalism in New Mexico.
Just about all of them cleaned out of guns and ammo!

When are the prices of AKs and ARs going to go through the roof, like double? I'm waiting for the right moment to put an Arsenal SLR 107 AK up for sale.

Just about all of them cleaned out of guns and ammo! Wish I could believe it will change those fools' voting habits in November and beyond, but I'm not that optimistic.
