I just picked up a small collection of 9422s. Among it was a Winchester model 9417 that is new in the box. Imagine my surprise when I opened it up to look and it has export proof marks stamped on the barrel the bolt and the receiver. It was done at the factory because it is blue over. Does anybody know if this adds value or subtract value for this piece?
