Last I heard was Uncle Sam was going to send out $1,200 check to all American adults and $500 per child. If that check shows up I think I'll just stick it in the bank with another couple hundred bucks because next April I bet they will want it back plus some............

Ammo and toilet paper, of course.

I’ll take every cent and build a 6 month supply of canned goods and necessities if things ever return to normal

I'll ask my wife. I suspect it'll go straight into her magic top hat that magically makes all other checks I bring home disappear.

Just as the billions of $$ in hurricane relief that flowed to the cracks in the floor, I'll probably never see dime one.

But I'll damn sure pay for it.

I do not believe "everyone" will get a check.
Only those who are losing income.

There's a much more believable scenario that I'm interested in- - - - -I just got an email from an Ethiopian prince who wants to send me a truckload of money, and he sounds more believable than any American politician from either side of the aisle right now!

rock bear nailed it - if you can afford to drop $1200 on shooting stuff, you probably won't see any money.

If you can't you might get the check, but probably shouldn't spend it on a gun, unless you don't already have the basics covered.

I consider the basics a decent hunting shotgun, concealable self defense handgun, large game centerfire rifle, small game rimfire, and an AR15.

They should give it to everyone and let employers deduct it if the employee is still getting full pay.

Doubt I’ll get one and think it’s just another re distribution ploy. If we get one, it will go into checking account for miscellaneous stuff and to partially offset the multiple of $1200 that will be added to our tax burden.
