That looks fantastic! As do a bunch of the other pics in this thread! I made a mess of home made sauerkraut with kielbasa and hotdogs in the crock pot today...it turned out great but these pics have me aching for some beef!

Man, I am really hungry. I am about to let some fillet mignons out of the fridge to get room temp before I introduce them to 650 degrees of searing hot Weber.

Went to the hills today w/ the kid and gkids and burned about 2k calories. Tonight we'll dine on bison cheeseburgers w/ Havarti and Cheddar and a pile of sweet potato oven fries. Great thread, life goes on and counting your blessings makes it good. mike r

Looks great but I just cannot eat like that anymore. I agree. Was about to say the same. Just can't eat a whole burger that easily or a big steak. Wife and I usually split stuff like that.
