I'm not shooting deer in the summer...I've got a lake full of catfish if my freezers run dry.
Man cannot live by fish alone.

Have some more fiber grandpa and try not to kill your boss. I wonder if he knows what kind of danger he is in........
You there...........................Stop disparaging Old Folks.................
Don't forget..................WE built this country...........and before us it was "The Greatest Generation"...........
What have you Millenials given us? Hot Pockets, and World of Warcraft?
Just wait until YOU get old and the GenC (for Corona) turns on you and starts with the rude comments.

Like you, I've been hungry to the point of losing a bit of weight.
Even then, every week or two there was a food bank to go too. And my advisor in college called me "the optimum forager". Them mussels off the rocks below the marine lab sure were tasty for a starving student. Berries in the woods and roadsides, chanterelles too.
But, if push came to shove and this slightly overweight American got down towards having to eat my leather accoutrements like the Corps of Discovery............then poaching is an option.
Besides............we own dogs! Skinny little whippets................wish we had a Lab or Newfie I guess.

Well scheidt............I feel sorry for the poor gal................as long as she isn't blaming it on us Boomers...............
