I live in Michigan. It’s seems when it comes to governors, it goes back and forth between GOP and DNC. Eight years of one and then the other.
But in my opinion, this one is really bad. She blunders often and seems to be over her head. Everything she does is because some other governor did it first and that makes it ok. Something goes wrong, and she blames someone else. She takes ownership of nothing. Again, she is in over her head.
It is really embarrassing to have her as my governor.

She certainly is, to ban any medicine as a potential treatment is just plain irresponsible. She's only doing it to tow the party line. I'm not even sure a Governor can do such a thing.

Michigan has a rich history of poor female leadership. This isn't the first time.
Governor Whitless could do something useful like aligning the tax date with the federal July 15 requirement. Michigan is still April 15. This will drive cost into preparation.

Actually, what I would LOVE to see happen, is a big pile of Michigan based MDs simply send her a letter announcing their intent to vacate the state and go practice elsewhere where basically laymen (laywomen?) don't think they should be making direction or policy as she is attempting to do...
