HELPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My youngest daughter's keyboard would not work on her computer, and she read a message that appeared that claimed to be a troubleshooting advisory, apparently, the advice on her computer said to restart and she did what it said, and now this is all you can get on the screen, and you can only turn it off and on. Pic of screen is attached. Any and all help appreciated! Lynn

Lynn, If it's a Win 10, you may be able to start it in Safe Mode. See this LINKWait. I see that's if it's running. Instead, turn it off. Now, turn it on and just keep pressing the F8 key until it boots into SAFE MODE.

If you can start in Safe mode, try running Malwarebytes. You can usually load it from a thumb drive. Malwarebytes
Broncos are officially the worst team in the nation this year.

You're getting dumped into the EFI shell at boot up. Instead if ESC, try simply typing exit, and hitting enter. There are a multitude of things that can cause this, I'd try popping the CMOS battery out and putting it back in.
