Has anyone tried the RCBS .45 cal 300 grain GC-SWC in a Ruger Bisley 5 shot .454? Is the cylinder long enough to handle these loaded in .454 brass? The info I've seen all referred to the Super Redhawk which has a longer cylinder.

Don’t know for sure but my guess is you won’t have any problems.
Here’s a good read. Has loads with longer bullets then RCBS’s 300gr.
