I just watched a kick azz video on sheep hunting in Alaska called "Black Shale White Sheep"
It's one of the better ones i've seen with 9 on film sheep kills.

I just watched a vid on youtube where a guy shoots a sheep on the side of a mountain and he falls................
and falls
and falls
and falls
and falls.............down the mountain.

almost as bad as watching your snowmachine tumble downhill, watching parts come flying off and doing the mental addition....$700....$1300.....ouch!

I just got my video in the mail yesterday. It is awesome! My favorite part is the "big boys" who can get up the mountain and get their sheep. I understand they are guided, but it still takes effort.

Watched mine for the firdt time last night. Pretty good stuff - brings back great memories. Wish I knew what everybody was using for their rifles. I know that Amy uses a .280 and was surprised that Rick used a blued and walnut stocked rifle. Wasn't surprised though to see his Leica spotter.
I think I'll email him a few questions.
