Are those lamb shoulder chops tender off the grill? Never tried them that way. I usually make Irish lamb stew with them.

They aren't too tough, as long as you don't over cook them.
Definitely more "chewy" than loin chops & yes, they are better suited to low & slow.
Stew/osso buco etc.
Asked Deb to grab some lamb chops out of the freezer for the BBQ & that was what she pulled out.

Bought Original, Steak Season, Chicken season and Wing season from the 2 Gringos Chupacabra outfit.

Going to be bulk pork sausage browned with onions over 1/2 of an acorn squash that has been heavily filled with butter and brown sugar.
