Is the mob snatching masks and ventilators in NY and selling them back to the original owners.
I have always felt that rain or shine, peace or war, the TEAMSTERS and the mob get a cut of everything that moves through NY.

The further you are away from NY the more misconceptions you likely harbor about it. That's a fundamental rule regardless of cardinal direction. But being a SC native I've always thought NY was dirty, corrupt and arrogant....guess I was wrong.
