Certainly agree with this statement. Trade and economic prosperity has pretty much eliminated the threat of European wars and historically warring nations have become more and more dependent on each other.

China owns about $2 trillion of our debt. AFAIC, for sticking us with this crap they are in debt to us by the tune of about $2 trillion after they write our debt to them off.

If you’ll remember, in the case of the US, they turned their ships around back in early March. Those supplies would have been arriving right about now.

I didn’t say anything about them being against us or on our side. I simply asked what they would be able to bring to the table in a confrontation between China and the US. If your answer is peace of mind because having them as an ally fulfils what you believe, fair enough. I was more interested in what they would contribute militarily, financially, or with intelligence.

Jim1611 was saying that Israel would be the only ally we could count on in a major war with China. Asking him what he thought their contribution to the war effort would entail seems like a valid question to me.

So three 2 term presidents could not see the damage of continuing relations with China but a lowly businessman did? Clinton Armed them, Bush Played Dumb and Obongo almost had us sign the TPP. What does that say about those 3 clowns?

If it were not for an artificially devalued currency,greed from US corporations egged on by Politicians,Lobbyists China would be still in the dark ages with their MAO inspired economy. We created their economy we can take it away.

Even a missle operator with the flu can push the lauch button. Nuke their sorry asses and kill the next virus at the same time.

Especially since their nukes will hit NYC, All the Eastern seaboard, every port on the west coast, and anywhere in flyover country with a military base.

If we look at them historically they have had some great military success against many nations that are larger than they are. So how do they do that? That leads me to believe they are doing something right. Being where they are might be a help too. But I go back to what matters most to me and that's what God has done for them and promised to do. So it boils down to this, for me, do I want an ally that is known to be God's chosen people or not. Easy answer for me.

With God's chosen people and an angry Leprechaun on our side we would be invincible.
