Most watched:

The Godfather

Almost everybody I know has watched it at least 100 times I still watch it every single time it's on. I'm shooting for 200 times.

So many good movies mentioned.

I spend a lot of time in the sticks with no cable/satellite available so I own a metric ton of dvds. Except for the porn I think I own all mentioned except for starship troopers. That movie sucked

My favorite movie...Casablanca. Peter Lorre was fantastic in that movie...Boggie was pretty good too wink

Shawshank Redemption has to be way up there, if for no other reason because TBS played it every night for 15 years.

Those are the highest grossing movies, the OP asked what movie has been "Watched the most". I am surprised at how high the Shawshank Redemption is.

Of that list I have never seen Titanic, Harry Potter, Casablanca, Jesus Film, Dark Knight, Transformers, City of God. I never could sit through Pulp Fiction; darkest movie I have tried to watch.

Birdwatcher: I was working the "Skid Row" beat in Seattle when the porno flick "Deep Throat" came out.
The "citizens" were lined up around the block waiting to get into the next showing - this went on for weeks.
I've seen parts of it (in a professional capacity of course) and didn't see the big attraction.
Dittos for the pornies "I am Curious Blue" then "I Am Curious Yellow"?
The movie "I" have seen the most (paid to see) is "The Wild Bunch".
