My CZ550 American was probably the clunkiest rifle I've ever owned. It just didn't fit me well at all, but it shot lights out:

No complaints on how accurate it was after I glass bedded its double recoil lug set-up. The rifle thought it was a varmint rifle. I shot a couple elk with the old girl, but I would have much preferred any of my m1917's or pre 64's over the CZ:

I ended up selling it because I liked the performance of my 338wm better on elk and the 30-06 loaded with 200gr partitions can do anything the ol 9.3 can do...

That would have been a good candidate to send to http://www.rjrenner.com/

I can't post pictures but one of mine is identical to SC's Mod. 46 Husky. My other is a Johann Outschar stalking rifle on a Jones underlever from the 1880's as best we can determine. The case is 9.3 X 2 7/16. I think that's 62mm? Possibly/probably based on the 9.3 X 72R.

This one shoots quite nicely after I got the too short chamber corrected.

Might've had them address the bolt placement while they were sorting the chamber grin

Great rifle though. Looks all business

Pacnor #3, shoots a lot of stuff half inch. Not the most enjoyable rifle to shoot. What pissed me off was, when this one got done, CDNN started closing out lefthanded Ruger Hawkeyes in 375 Ruger for $599. Oh well, its exactly what I wanted.

I have two absolutely mint undrilled/untapped Husky 146s, a CZ 550, and now a LH SS Ruger 9.3x62. Some day I intend to have another blued/walnut 9.3 made up using a duplicated Husky barrel.

That’s one great rifle GSSP... I’d be happy to tote that one anywhere.
