In Texas we are aware of a very fast young man from Houston that is running both for the USA and UGA. He is just a freshman. In high school he ran a 9.98 100 and a 26.35' broad jump. He received 4 gold medals in the 2019 Pan Am games. Below is one of his World Records: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NnHHw2KMYc&feature=youtu.be

He's fast but that was a World U20 record, not a world record.
36.84 is the world record held by Jamaica.

When Usain Bolt was the same age as Mathew Boling, he ran a 9.99 at the Olympics and he lost.
Boling has run a faster time by .01 of a second.
If Boling continues to improve,he has the potential to set a new worlds record.

Ginn is said to be the fastest in the nfl. I think that’s correct. Matt challenged Ted Ginn, but Ginn backed out. I would love to see the race. Best thing is he is a genuine nice kid.
