I trust he and deflave will work this out in their own good time. I have no idea what this means.

Deflave was ok in my book, but IMO if he punched out he was bored and ready to go. There is life beyond the playpen...
Most that I miss on here left on their own;

If that's the case and Deflave said so, but Rick won't comment, it's because Rick believes both it's his prerogative and that he's watching out for Deflave's privacy. I like Deflave and didn't wish him gone, but Rick is a good man and has reasons for his actions. Yeah yeah. Get rid of Flave but keep letting little twig back on.. Nope, that tells me all I need to know. BUT it is his sight and he can do whatever he pleases.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

But given the crass and outright racist crap he's let be posted on here, and Furballz doxing Clarke, I find it laughable to say it makes sense to ban him over his comments unless Rick was just that thin skinned. True. Considering how long Steelhead was on here after the years of thoroughly disgusting things he said of not only campfire members but their non participating family members, very surprising Travis gets nailed for far less. And even then I don't know if I agree with banning Scott. The negative comments on here about De Flave remind me of the old adage: "Don't waste your time telling people your problems because half don't care and the other half figure you deserved em". And Travis had a comical way of reminding people of that. Rick, if you're reading this, reconsider. We're adults here and can handle it. 'Flave and his comments are the least of our concerns, considering the current situation this country is experiencing. You nailed it. Two thumbs up! Three thumbs up

As I recall, the site that Stick seems to call home was started after other sites (maybe this one and Snipers Hide and about 1000 others) banned people, including Stick. Maybe it's time to start a new site to host Flave and his minions (I'm one of them). www.AsGFYAsItGets.net.(Obviously, in jest...I don't question Rick's manner of managing his site, I just appreciate that he gives us a place to play. If Flave pushed Rick too far, so be it. If it's a matter of people not liking Flave, that may be something I have issues with. As one of the few openly Jewish members here, I see quite a bit of stuff that could easily offend me, if I were to be the type who take offense at anonymous insults and slurs. I'm not. In fact, I usually become friends with those who are prone to slurs.) It just needs a forum.

All Travis did was draw attention to the racist and hypocritical threads and posts that never draw attention from Bin by being overtly critical of some issues with this site that have been slow to getting addressed. Travis is no doubt a provocateur, sometimes bully, always a smart azz, but racist, he was not. Travis threw darts at Rick, it was funny for most of us who have been on the receiving end of another members joke or animosity...That’s part and partial of this place. Rick, IMO, you hammered a guy for having some fun at your expense. Instead of handling it, like most of us do. You hit the eject button on Deflave to prove who’s got control...You do of course. I appreciate being here. I certainly won’t ever poke fun at you when the skin is thin on the ownership side of the coin. 😎

The thread is gone but was in the Talk to Webmaster section. Flave was pretty much talking mad schit to Rick in the open, for pages. Guessing that's why he got the boot but I don't know. For what he was saying to the owner of the site, if it was me, I would have banned him too..

BUT it is his sight and he can do whatever he pleases. Count the years where Stick was only helpful and knowledgeable. At one time the area where our avatars appear also had your membership number. Stick's was really low and he and his knowledge really boosted this site. I was a couple of years later, but it was obvious that the early members here had formed a bond. Deflave had his own form of bonding. I never saw him as a bully, but it was obvious that he was very quick to call bullshit when he detected it. And sometimes abrasively so.
