Morning Coffee is a Sidra from Ecuador. Delivered Friday- I roasted my first batch that afternoon. First pot Saturday was pretty good. This morning it is even better.
Happy Resurrection Day to all! We just viewed our Church's streaming Easter Service, took communion here at home and am enjoying a cup of freshly ground, (Holiday Blend, the only Starbucks blend I will drink) coffee. We'll have lunch around noon or so. Today will be windy, rainy with a cold front moving in this afternoon with snow by morning. I think I'll retire to my reloading/gun room after lunch and spend the afternoon lost in my hobby.
Tomato vs. clamato. Worcestershire, Mashed radish., Dijon mustard (if so inclined) Pepper (white if you have it and want it to be aesthetically pleasing) Celery, or celery salt Tabasco (if so inclined) Old bay on the rim (if so inclined) Garnish with Olives, pepperoni, lemon, lime (as you prefer)

I was going to start a Bloody Mary Sunday thread, but didn't. Thanks! Had my three cuppas, then a Bloody Mary, then a wonderful egg casserole my honey cooked up, with bacon, and crescent rolls on the side. I used to bartend at an annual Bloody Mary party, about this time of year. Here was my posted menu for the affair...
Bloody Mary Your choice: a bit spicy or mild, with vodka
Bloody Maria With Tequila
Bloody Marina Made with Clamato
Virgin Mary No booze
Glass of Whine “ But, I don't like Bloody Marys.”
I used Mr T's Spicy Mix, regular tomato juice for the timid, and Clamato. Besides an ounce of booze (I kept them light to allow seconds) I always add a healthy squirt of celery salt, Worcester, and pickle juice mix, the secret ingredient.
One of the few drinks I sorta miss... Straight coffee here...
And my Bushmill's in the morning Joe. The vapors boiling off used to hit the spot for sure.
My wife informed me our pot today is "Congo Muugano Organic" from Peet's . Pretty dang good stuff.
We each have our daily favorite, but she splurges and gets a bag of one of their specialty coffees for weekends.

Happy Easter! Finishing my second cup of Bourbon Pecan coffee as I removed a stuck case from my 280 Die. New Forster kit made it pretty simple. Note to self: quit being stingy on the sizing lube! Easter dinner today followed by stacking some wood and then reloading for a Prairie Dog trip. Still crossing my fingers on the trip, I REALLY need it this year.
Bloody Mary sounds damn good, haven't had one in a while.
And three naturally colored Easter eggs from the hens.
And homemade Volkskornbrot toast.
I'm a lucky man, I am.
