Last time I drew unemployment, and it was a while back, 2009, and I only drew 1 week a month for 3 months... But I made enough at my factory job I drew the state max for Arkansas. Since you aren't paying for benefits out of that. I made more on unemployment than I did at work, and that was before the extra 600... So yes, when people are paid more to sit at home than they are to work. It makes good people lazy and it does it fast.

I looked up "YOUR" last election and it appears that maybe the libertarian "vote"(idiots all) and some miraculous "last minute found" votes went 2 to 1 of the demonrat!
Been there done that back when the election was stolen by a demonrat loosing governor 24 years ago when I lived in taxington.
If I were you I would start a recall election and/or start working now for his ouster and for a pleasing replacement.
Sad state of affairs every where the demonrats "land".

It's funny because the weather is nice here. The state is letting you hunt and fish without paying for a permit (although you can't use a state boat ramp... to crowded). The local state park and trout hatchery has quite a few people down there every day.... And there are people crying to everyone that will listen that they shouldn't be allowed to fish, they should be forced to stay home like they are.

Sheriffs office has informed us via facebook and newspaper that there will be no traffic stops or arrests for anything non-violent.

2 confirmed cases in the county. 1 of those went to 2 walmarts, several gas stations and a hardware store after leaving the doctor... who knows where he went the following days. Seems like a joke.

I've never claimed Unemployment, even while unemployed so I don't know but I've always heard that "looking for work" was a requirement to draw.

Wondering if they've relaxed that for the lockdown. If so - yeah, ppl are going to sit but if their boss calls and says - no longer a furlough, it's laid off, we're closed regardless and people have to start looking for work and no one's open- might get more heated.

What are the people of WI going to do about it? This is basically a state matter since y'all elected the bum. I live in TX and can't help you. So step up and begin a recall petition. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

I've lived in TX and WI - on average, more free in WI.

That said - it was less he won and more that Walker ran such a lazy and invisible campaign. I've seen less interest by blind people at a movie theater.
