I have had 10x42 for years. They are great and I have never had a single issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

have a set of 8x - I love them. Great glass that has held up over the years. I would not hesitate to buy.

I've had the 8.5 x 42 HG's since about 2008 and haven't had any issues. I bought one of their ZX5 scopes when they first came out and wasn't impressed, however, I've heard they improved their scopes.

I have several Minox products. The APO HG 8x43 binocs I purchased from a member here on the 'fire are outstanding and I recommended them highly - definitely Alpha level glass. I also have a pair of the BL 8x32s that are a great compact option and I like them a lot as well.

I had a set of the Minox porro 10x44 binoculars and loved them. Only problem was that the center hinge wouldn't stay in a position and they had already stopped making these binoculars, so they sent me whatever roof prism binoculars they thought were comparable. They weren't. If I could ever find another set of the porros, though, I'd buy them immediately.

I have Minox 8x56 HG BR. They are the easiest, most optically comfortable, binocular I've used. It's an odd characteristic to nail down. I don't know if this extends to their other German made models, but I wouldn't hesitate to try one, particularly at prices they sell for used.

I got the 8x54 on closeout from Cameraland. Outstanding glass for the money. A little heavy and bulky compared to other 8x binos, but i walk less than 1/2 mile from car to treestand.

I bought a pair of demo 8x43 HD APG 2 years ago and I love them. I just sod my Swarovski 8x32 EL’s last week here on the fire because I didn’t need two pair of good glass.

I have had 10x42 for years. They are great and I have never had a single issue. I would recommend them to anyone. My experiences mirror this example as well. Have always had people rave about the great quality when I let them look through them. Purchased from Doug many years ago and I'm sure they will serve me the rest of my hunting days.....

I have had a Minox APO HG 10x43 for 10 years. It was then their top of the line. It is a great binocular. I did fall in love with a Leica 10x42 Noctivid, and in comparing them side by side, I have to really look hard to see a difference. It’s there, but not by much.
The Minox has seen hard hunting use and it remains a great glass.
