I just wanted to give a Shout-Out, to the Customer Service I received from Burris Optics. I had a Burris Fast-Fire III installed on my dedicated Turkey gun; a Benelli SBE II. I bought the unit new back when the FFIII first came out. While the unit was "spot-on" and resulted in many birds meeting their fate, ever since new it consistently drained the battery. While an inconvenience, i merely replaced the battery two to three times per Spring Turkey season to keep it up and functionable. Nevertheless, it progressively got worse and ultimately would not activate with a fresh Duracell 1632 battery installed. With this problem in hand I wrote Burris a short note and promptly sent it back for either repair or replacement. The company had indicated a 2 to 6 week turnaround time, and I had all but written the sight off for this Spring season. Low and Behold.................a mere week from my submitting the defective item, I received a New in the Box replacement unit from Burris Optics in the mail today; No Questions Asked! While we live in a Unique and often Puzzling Time, it sure is Nice to see a Company Stand Behind Their Product, and provide Customer Service reminiscent of Days Gone By! KUDOS TO BURRIS OPTICS!!!
